Our client is looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resource management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience in a similar position, with at least 2 years in a Recruitment or similar role in a staffing agency or HR department.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Planning and Strategy:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s culture and values to find the best fit.
Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
Engage passive candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Screening and Selection:Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
