Our client is looking for Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Client Experience: Provide consistent and superior client experiences, attend industry events, and maintain client databases.

Business Performance: Develop quotes, manage client requisitions, and engage potential clients.

Candidate Relationship: Source, screen, and place candidates, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Operational: Track requisitions, schedule interviews, and maintain confidential records.

Temporary Candidate Management:  Manage candidate assigned to various Clients, conduct candidate onboarding and continuous maintenance of candidates including HR support services

Qualifications:

Tertiary level education in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and recruitment software.

2-5 years of experience in HR, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Resourceful, innovative, and customer service-oriented.
