Security Access Manager (CCTV and Access Control)

Job Description

Qualifications and Skills:  

Education and Experience:  

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or  a related field (or equivalent experience).  

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, particularly  in CCTV and access control systems.  

Technical Skills: 

Proficiency with CCTV systems (e.g., IP cameras, video management  software).  

Expertise in access control platforms (e.g., Lenel, Honeywell, or  equivalent).  

Understanding of network infrastructure related to security systems. 

Familiarity with data protection regulations  

Key Responsibilities:  

CCTV System Management  Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV  systems.  

Monitor live and recorded footage to identify security risks or  incidents.  

Manage video retention policies and ensure data integrity and  availability.  

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with surveillance  equipment.  

Ensure CCTV systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Access Control System Oversight  

Administer and maintain electronic access control systems, including  badge management and user access levels.  

Implement and enforce access control policies and procedures.  

Conduct regular audits of access permissions to ensure compliance  and identify anomalies.  

Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to integrate access control with  other security systems.
