Safety Response Dispatcher

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Safety Response Dispatcher:

Responsibilities

– Monitor alarm and alerts received via the various platforms

-Monitor and manage dispatches assigned to various response team via the Now Force App

– Process incoming alarm signals with accuracy and verify authencity

– Contacting and dispatching security forces or other designated response services, security officer, liaison, contact person if contact cannot be made with client

– Follow up on dispatched alarms to ensure resolution in a timely manner and inform the client of the team’s findings

– Operates the Central Station two-way radios, phones and software using the appropriate guidelines

Requirements

– Degree in IT or computer related field of study

– Customer Service

– Computer efficient – Microsoft Word, Excel and the ability to enter data efficiently and accurately
