Our client is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor
Responsibilities
– Participation in the development of the annual budget for the department
– Administering the continuous training and development programme within the department
– Extensive knowledge of food & beverage operations
– Responsible for coordinating and controlling the activities of the entire restaurant operation.
Requirements
– First Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
– At least five years’ management experience in fine dining restaurants
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
