Job Description

Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer:

Responsibilities:

– Assists departmental heads in identifying strategies for implementation to achieve Quality targets.

– Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers

– Monitors service delivery within the health facility to ensure compliance with standards/protocols.

– Participates in the review, revision and development of standards, policies, protocols and procedures for service delivery.

– Conducts clinical and work process reviews to develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness in customer satisfaction levels. Improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

– A Degree in Management or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Health Care or Customer Service Environment. Certificate in Quality Management/Quality Auditing will be an asset.

or

– An Associate Degree in Management or related discipline with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Health Care or Customer Service Environment.

– Certificate in Quality Management or Quality Auditing would be an asset.

– Any equivalent combination of training and experience will be an asset.
