Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management:
     Serve as the main contact for assigned business accounts, establishing and maintaining
    strong client relationships.
     Understand clients’ business models, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored GIS
    solutions.
  2. Sales and Business Development:
     Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential
    clients
     Develop and present compelling proposals, demonstrating how Spatial Innovision’s
    solutions address clients’ specific needs.
     Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  3. Collaboration and Coordination:
     Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, and customer support) to ensure
    seamless delivery of services.
     Facilitate communication among stakeholders to promote collaboration and efficient
    problem-solving.
  4. Renewal and Upselling:
     Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions to maximize revenue and client
    satisfaction.
     Identify upselling opportunities to provide additional value to clients through expanded
    use of our solutions.
  5. Market Intelligence and Reporting:
     Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt
    strategies accordingly.
     Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and market insights for
    management review
  6. Client Training and Support:
     Provide training and support to clients on Spatial Innovision’s GIS solutions to ensure
    they maximize product benefits.
     Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience


 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Geography, Environmental Science, or related field
(Master’s Degree preferred).
 Proven experience as an Account Manager/ Business Development Manager, or similar
role, preferably within the GIS industry.
 Strong understanding of Geographic Information Systems and their applications in
various sectors.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
 Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
