Key Responsibilities
The Key Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Driving sales, marketing, and business development activities
- Conducting customer meetings, site visits, technical trainings, and presentations
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals, quotations, tenders, and trials
- Developing and presenting an annual Strategic Business Plan to senior leadership
- Acting as the technical interface between customers, suppliers, and manufacturers
- Building and growing the installed base of represented instruments and solutions
- Maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and delivery
- Submitting weekly activity and opportunity reports to management
- Supporting internal training and continuous technical development
- Representing the company with professionalism, reliability, and integrity
What Our Client is Looking For
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related discipline (Electrical, Instrumentation,
Mechanical, Automation, or similar) - Minimum five (5) CSEC passes, including Mathematics, English, and Science
- Proven experience in technical or field sales within industrial, energy, or process industries
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into customer value
- High level of organization, self-motivation, and accountability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Trinidad and Tobago national, with a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel regionally for customer visits and specialized training
