Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
  • You will be the principal figure in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the kitchen’s operations and administration
  • Develop menus that reflect Stone Barn’s award-winning culinary standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
  • Experience with training, basic financial management and customer service
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
