Job Description

Responsibilities:

–  Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

– You will be the principal figure in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the kitchen’s operations and administration

– Develop menus that reflect Stone Barn’s award-winning culinary standards.

– Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

–  In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations

 – Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills

 – Experience with training, basic financial management and customer service

– Proficient in general computer knowledge

– A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
