Our client is looking for Retention Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least five (5) years of experience in recruitment, with at least two (2) years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Competency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Strong customer service skills, both internal and external.
Comfortable speaking to large groups and managing relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and team skills, extremely collegial.
Self-motivated and hands-on, leading by example.
Honest, discreet, and trustworthy.
Demonstrates flexibility and values diversity of thought, backgrounds, and perspectives.
Integrity and ethics beyond reproach.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Enhance the company’s employer brand and work with the social media team to promote the organization as a great place to work.
Track recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide training and support to recruitment staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other recruitment partners.
