Our client is looking for Caribbean Area Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain cross-cultural relationships while interacting with all levels of personnel
Collaborate with our Distributor Partners in an effort to further develop the portfolio across the region
Stay abreast of industry and market trends and the macroeconomics of the countries assigned
Analyze sales data frequently to develop strategic plans that capitalize on growth opportunities
Prepare and monitor market forecasts, manage budgets, and implement innovative marketing programs
Facilitate and carry out brand training and educational sessions for customers and sales teams
Travel frequently for market visits and trade events
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in sales and marketing of consumer products, with time spent managing brand budgets and forecasts
Exposure to international business practices and travel for professional purposes
Energetic and self-motivated with a willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves
Ability to inspire, educate and motivate a team to achieve established goals
Resourceful with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Initiative to continue learning, growing and developing in both the position and the organization
A degree in Management, Marketing or International Business with fluency in French and/or Spanish is preferred
