Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate daily the Restaurants & Bars Management Operation.
– Hire and train the Employees following the Company Policies.
– Deliver Superior Food and Beverage Service and maximize Customer Service.
– Upgrade the Restaurant & Bar Operation and maintain high Standards of Health, Safety and Sanitation (HAACP/Serve Safe).
– Maintain the Restaurants and Bar Revenues, Profitability and Quality.
– Strong Leadership skills with a commitment to achieving Results and controlling the Costs.
Requirements:
– Have a minimum of 2 Years’ Experience in the same position in 4 / 5 Stars All Inclusive Resorts – Caribbean.
– Able to live and work on a remote Island
