Our client is looking for a Junior Talent Recruiter:
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and define job specifications.
– Engage with external vendors to source contingent labor and make sure that they fulfill their needs quickly.
– Provide comprehensive recruitment support, from initial job qualification to final hiring, facilitating a seamless process for managers and candidates.
– Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and external partners to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
– Track and report on recruitment activities, including vendor performance and staffing metrics.
Qualifications:
– HR Experience (Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Customer Success).
– Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, capable of effectively interacting with managers and external partners.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Independent work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
