Responsibilities:
– Developing recruitment strategies
– Implementing systems for managing staff benefits and onboarding new employees on the Island.
– The candidate must be energetic, engaging, flexible and motivated.
Requirements:
– Have a minimum of 3 Years’ Experience in the same position in 4 / 5 Stars All Inclusive Resorts – Caribbean.
– Able to live and work on a remote Island.
– Good Interpersonal skills and empathy.
