Responsibilities:

• Developing recruitment strategies
• Implementing systems for managing staff benefits and onboarding new employees on the Island.
• The candidate must be energetic, engaging, flexible and motivated.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 3 Years’ Experience in the same position in 4 / 5 Stars All Inclusive Resorts – Caribbean.
• Able to live and work on a remote Island.
• Good Interpersonal skills and empathy.
