Our client is looking for Field Auditor
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Technician’s Diploma in Production/Mechanical Engineering Experience
A minimum of two (2) years working experience in production operations and petroleum measurement with a minimum of one (1) year in the oil and gas industry
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and implements Operational and Maintenance plans and schedules.
Reviews Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all jobs.
Provides technical advice, supervision, and direction to Operators.
Functions in the capacity of an Authorized Gas Tester (AGT), along with other critical roles within the Control of Work (COW) System such as Issuing and/or Approving Authority and prepare COW certificates and Work Permits (WP) for high-risk and low-risk jobs.
Collects and analyzes well production data to audit month-to-month fiscalized production deviations, generate associated reports, and then recommend corrective actions to increase production where necessary.
Conducts Well Site, Gathering Station, and Production Equipment Audits to identify non-compliances and recommend corrective actions via comprehensive reports.
Carries out joint inspection with the regulatory bodies (MEEI, OSHA, EMA) and independently follows up on all non-compliances.
Conducts inspections on Drilling and Workover Equipment (Rigs, Coil Tubing and Swabbing Units, etc.) as well as Heavy Equipment/Vehicles to ensure HSE and MEEI compliance.
Monitors and inspects Operator effluent discharge points and associated reports to ensure compliance and recommend corrective actions to protect oil catchments, watercourses, and the environment.
