Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Developing and executing strategies aligned with organisation’s goal and objectives.

– Supervising the Fund’s programmes and projects, ensuring they are well executed on

time, and within budget.

– Provide regular reports to the CEO, the Board of Trustees, funders, and donors.

– Establishing key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics to assess program

– effectiveness and impact.

Requirements:

–  At least Seven years’ progressive experience in programme/project management, partnershipsdevelopment, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement and advocacy.

– At least five years of experience at a national public service, international development
organization and/or a non-profit organization.
– Experience in policy issues related to sustainable development (economic and/or social
development) will be an advantage.
