Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategies aligned with organisation’s goal and objectives.
  • Supervising the Fund’s programmes and projects, ensuring they are well executed on

time, and within budget.

  • Provide regular reports to the CEO, the Board of Trustees, funders, and donors.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics to assess program
  • effectiveness and impact.

Requirements:

  • At least Seven years’ progressive experience in programme/project management, partnerships development, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement and advocacy.
  • At least five years of experience at a national public service, international development
    organization and/or a non-profit organization.
  • Experience in policy issues related to sustainable development (economic and/or social
    development) will be an advantage.
