G. A. Roe & Sons Ltd. is looking for Chief Executive Officer

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The CEO of G. A. Roe & Sons Ltd. is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the Company by providing direction for all aspects of the Company’s operations with an emphasis on strategy, long-term goals, growth, profit and return on investment.  The CEO provides strategic advice by communicating with and representing the G. A. Roe & Sons Ltd.’s Board at the Board meetings of autonomous Subsidiary Companies.

As CEO, you will: 

· Lead and manage all aspects of company operations, focusing on strategy, growth, and long-term profitability.

· Collaborate with the Board and executives to establish and develop strategic goals, objectives, and policies that drive shareholder value.

· Represent G.A. Roe & Sons Ltd. at Board meetings with autonomous subsidiary companies, providing strategic guidance.

· Maintain strong relationships with partners, shareholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth business operations.

· Oversee financial performance, investments, and potential business ventures, including mergers and acquisitions.

· Promote unity across departments and subsidiaries to foster a collaborative company culture.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

· Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or relevant industry specialty preferred.

· Minimum of 10 years in a managerial role, with proven leadership in strategic and operational capacities. Experience with family-run businesses is an asset.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an analytical and strategic approach to business challenges.

· Comprehensive knowledge of management and financial practices across business operations.

· Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and business development.
