Job Description

Our client is looking for a Human Resource Supervisor:

Responsibilities:

– Drive implementation of HR policies and processes across the organization

– Manage Employee Life Cycle Calendar (Workforce planning, Recruitment, On-boarding, Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession, Career Management, Learning & Development, Leadership development, Reward & Recognition and Exits)

– Evaluation of HR Calendar implementation.

– Provide support to Line Managers and executives on implementing HR initiatives.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or a related field

– Professional certification in Industrial Relations

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
