Job Description

Our client is looking for Assistant General Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing and coordinating the activities of the different Departments within the Organization.

Help to develop and implement Business Strategies to achieve organizational goals and targets.

Ability to oversee the daily operation for the different departments, such as the housekeeping and front desk whilst also improving the hotel’s public image, revenues, and growth.

Collaborate with the various Heads of Departments to ensure effective and efficient operations across all business areas.

Help with developing, coordinating, and enforcing the systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a high-end bar or restaurant setting.

• Extensive knowledge of purchasing procedures, inventory management, and cost control measures.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
