Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager:
Responsibilities
– Conducts a thorough analysis of loan applications; evaluates creditworthiness and financial backgrounds of potential borrowers. Analyses credit reports, income documents, and other relevant information to make informed lending decisions.
– Regularly reviews and analyses the credit portfolio’s performance, relevant metrics, and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
– Establishes and maintains lending criteria and guidelines for different types of loans. Ensures that loans are underwritten in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
– Leads the credit department and supervisory team. Provides guidance to ensure consistent and accurate credit decisions and exceptional customer service.
– Sets performance goals for the credit department; measures and monitors results and provides productivity metrics.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
– A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in credit administration and credit risk management (five of which should be at a senior level)
– Proven experience in credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management in financial institutions of a similar size and complexity; including formal training in underwriting.
