Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Brand recognition
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand
awareness and generate leads
Establish, maintain and improve brand recognition
Digital Marketing
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing,
and online advertising
Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case
studies, and website content
Campaign Management
Plan, implemement, and monitor promotional campaigns
Event Planning
Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote
company offerings.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and technical teams to align marketing
activities with business objectives
Support the hosting of webinars and deliver post-webinar reports
Market Research
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and
customer needs
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities.
Social Media Management
Manage the company’s online presence and social media platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
A Master’s degree can be an advantage
Two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in marketing or related roles
Special skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Analytical ability to interpret market data and trends
Creativity and innovative thinking for campaigns
Project Management skills to manage multiple campaigns effectively
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
