Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategies aligned with organisation’s goal and objectives.
- Supervising the Fund’s programmes and projects, ensuring they are well executed on
time, and within budget.
- Provide regular reports to the CEO, the Board of Trustees, funders, and donors.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics to assess program
- effectiveness and impact.
Requirements:
- At least Seven years’ progressive experience in programme/project management, partnerships development, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement and advocacy.
- At least five years of experience at a national public service, international development
organization and/or a non-profit organization. - Experience in policy issues related to sustainable development (economic and/or social
development) will be an advantage.
