Job Description
Our client is looking for a Wedding Specialist:
Responsibilities
– Coordinating, and overseeing the setup and service of all wedding functions.
– Inspecting room setups to ensure proper presentation and standards are being met
– Working with the Wedding Planners, Wedding Banquet Supervisor, Wedding Stewards and the service team to continuously improve standards of wedding presentation and service to maximize client and attendee satisfaction
– Ensuring strict sequence of service with respect to timing, coordinated delivery and clearing of food and beverage.
– Guiding and coaching team members in wedding events service standards.
Requirements
– High School Leaving Certificate/Diploma
– Food Handler’s permit
– A minimum of Three years’ experience in fine dining restaurants and ability to maintain the highest level of standards.
