Job Description
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop relationships with retail outlets, bookstores, and electronic product
distributors.
Promote and sell retail lines with particular reference to HOCO tech accessories (e.g.,
headphones, chargers, keyboards, phone holders) to suitable retail partners.
Work closely with retailers to optimize product placement, display design, and promotional
campaigns.
Provide product training and merchandising support to retail staff.
Monitor and report on sales performance, stock levels, and customer trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with retail sales strategies.
Support the timely collection of accounts receivable by collaborating with the Finance team to
ensure payments are received in accordance with agreed terms.
Gather market feedback and provide insights for improving product offerings and customer
engagement.
All other related duties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum two to three (2 to 3) years of retail sales or account management experience.
Experience working with tech or consumer electronic products is a plus.
Solid understanding of retail distribution channels in Trinidad and Tobago.

Knowledge of retail merchandising best practices.
Organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and territories.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel across Trinidad and Tobago.
