Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 Supply Chain Management:
o Oversee the entire logistics process, including procurement, inventory management,
warehousing, and transportation of geospatial products.
o Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with company goals and
enhance operational efficiency.

 Inventory Control:
o Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce excess
inventory.
o Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with the procurement team to
replenish supplies as needed.
 Transportation Coordination:
o Plan and coordinate transportation logistics for the timely delivery of products to
customers and field operations.
o Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation providers to optimize shipping costs.
 Vendor Management:
o Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure
quality service and timely deliveries.
o Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate terms to achieve favorable contracts.
 Data Management:
o Utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments, monitor inventory levels,
and generate reports on logistics operations.
o Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
 Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to logistics and
transportation.
o Implement safety protocols to minimize risks associated with logistics operations.
 Collaboration:
o Work closely with the project management and operational teams to understand
project requirements and ensure logistics support aligns with project timelines.
o Collaborate with the geospatial team to facilitate the movement of equipment and
materials for field operations.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or
a related field.

 Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role, preferably within
the geospatial or technology sectors.
 Strong understanding of logistics software and inventory management systems.
 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
