Facilities Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Maintenance Management:  

 Oversee the routine and preventive maintenance of all facilities  

 Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to  ensure optimal performance and longevity of buildings and  infrastructure.  

 Coordinate and be responsible for all repairs and renovations.  

Safety and Compliance:  

 Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental  regulations.  

 Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address  potential hazards.  

 Implement and maintain emergency preparedness plans and  procedures.  

Budget and Resource Management:  

 Prepare and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective  use of resources.  

 Monitor and control maintenance and operational expenses. 

Staff Supervision and Development:  

 Lead and supervise a team of maintenance and facilities staff  

 Provide training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure  quality service.  

 Foster a positive and productive work environment. 

Qualifications:  

 Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field 

 Must possess a Diploma in supervisory management 

 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management
