Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop, implement, track and optimize integrated digital marketing and e-commerce campaigns across all digital channels (including paid media, SEO/SEM, e-mail, and social) to ensure alignment with business goals and online sales targets.
  • Drive Unicomer (Barbados) Limited’s online brand presence and e-commerce performance by increasing website traffic, improving conversion rates, acquiring leads/customers and fostering community engagement across digital platforms.
  • Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring content supports both brand awareness and e-commerce objectives (e.g., product launches, flash sales, online exclusives).
  • Design, build and maintain e-mail marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, and abandoned cart recovery sequences to support online sales and customer retention.
  • Monitor social media and e-commerce platforms for customer feedback and inquiries, escalating issues to the Contact Centre and ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital and e-commerce campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce dashboards.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Ability to think innovatively and bring fresh ideas to digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of audience engagement and content scheduling.
  • Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe), copywriting, and video editing skills.
  • An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine management (SEM) and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Experience with e-mail marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact

YOUR BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution. Certification in digital marketing is a plus.
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a digital marketing or social media role.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, e-mail marketing platforms, and content management systems.
