Job Description

Our client is looking for a Claims Handler:

Responsibilities:

– Manage incoming calls

– Assess customer’s needs and guide the customer accordingly

– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining thecause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

– Follow communication guidelines and policies

Requirements:

– Proficient use of English language, articulate and professional demeanor

– Excellent Customer Service Skills

– Excellent Communication Skills

– Ability to demonstrate excellent service and rapid issue resolution
