Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and Branding Duties
 Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns in alignment with the Institution’s
strategic objectives
 Promote the Institution’s products and services.
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product development, marketing
strategies, and client-focused initiatives.
 Assist with planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, trade shows, financial
literacy sessions, and outreach programmes.
 Support the development and execution of the Annual Marketing Plan and Budget.
Digital Marketing and Communications
 Manage the Institution’s website, social media channels, and digital content to enhance
engagement and visibility.
 Prepare and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and provide timely responses
to member queries.
 Maintain content for internal and external communication channels, including newsletters,
brochures, posters, and email campaigns.
Client & Community Engagement and Reporting
 Engage with existing and potential clients to support client growth and retention initiatives.
 Assist with community outreach, public relations activities, sponsorships, and partnership
building.
 Provide marketing support to departments and committees for product launches, special
campaigns, and events.

 Prepare monthly marketing reports, campaign summaries, and performance metrics for
management review.
 Assist with customer feedback surveys and compilation of findings.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related
discipline.
 At least two (2) years’ experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or brand
management – preferably within a financial services environment.
 Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and social media
management.
 Proficiency with MS Office Suite, graphic design tools (such as Adobe
Illustrator/Photoshop), or equivalent.
