DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and Branding Duties
Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns in alignment with the Institution’s
strategic objectives
Promote the Institution’s products and services.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product development, marketing
strategies, and client-focused initiatives.
Assist with planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, trade shows, financial
literacy sessions, and outreach programmes.
Support the development and execution of the Annual Marketing Plan and Budget.
Digital Marketing and Communications
Manage the Institution’s website, social media channels, and digital content to enhance
engagement and visibility.
Prepare and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and provide timely responses
to member queries.
Maintain content for internal and external communication channels, including newsletters,
brochures, posters, and email campaigns.
Client & Community Engagement and Reporting
Engage with existing and potential clients to support client growth and retention initiatives.
Assist with community outreach, public relations activities, sponsorships, and partnership
building.
Provide marketing support to departments and committees for product launches, special
campaigns, and events.
Prepare monthly marketing reports, campaign summaries, and performance metrics for
management review.
Assist with customer feedback surveys and compilation of findings.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related
discipline.
At least two (2) years’ experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or brand
management – preferably within a financial services environment.
Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and social media
management.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, graphic design tools (such as Adobe
Illustrator/Photoshop), or equivalent.
