 Corporate Strategic planning of the department including full P&L responsibility.  Manage 1,000,000 square feet of prime warehouse and office space across the Caribbean region.  Lead and supervise a team of employees across the region, driving regional operations and productivity.  Oversee an annual budget of $10 million USD.  Direct the maintenance of equipment and buildings, including Reactive, Preventative, and Predictive Maintenance, with a focus on Condition Monitoring.  Develop and present budget proposals for maintenance and capital expenditures ensuring cost effective performance and equipment reliability.  Execute and manage regional and international projects to successful completion.  Oversee the design, implementation of our building control systems to optimize energy efficiency and operational performance.  Oversee Security system design, implementation and integration for safety and security.  Collaborate with local and international consultants, contractors, and vendors to drive cost effective solutions and value creation.  Contribute to the implementation and management of the company’s internal safety processes including Risk assessments, Job safety analysis, Hazard identification.  Audit safety, maintenance, security, and food safety systems across different regions.  Generate monthly regional reports, highlighting operational achievements and financial performance against P&L objectives.  Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements to mitigate financial risks.  Review deeds, covenants, and restrictions with strategic partners for property compliance.  Negotiate and issue contracts, securing favourable terms for the organization.  Developed and implemented a comprehensive contractor management system as part of the safety policy.
