• Lead cross-functional teams across Canada, India, and the Caribbean in IT transformation projects. Key responsibilities include: o Manage projects from initiation and planning through to closure, ensuring project artifacts are completed and approvals are in place o Main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, key milestones, and challenges o Identify risks and mitigation strategies and resolve issues to keep projects on track o Manage resource allocation to ensure optimal use of team members o Track and manage project budgets, reporting on actuals, forecast and any variances o Coaching team members in Agile principles • Current project: Implementation of SWIFT interbank messages for RBC Caribbean core banking system to meet ISO 20022 compliance, coordinating with vendors Temenos (Canada, USA) and TCS (India). This is a CAD$5MM budget, 1 ½ year plan with core team of 15 resources and wider team of 30 • Recent projects: o Spearheaded the 2024 PeopleSoft GL/AM/AP upgrade from 8.9 to 9.2, improving system efficiency o Managed data science initiative to integrate multiple data sources into Hadoop-based data lake for analytics and reporting o Delivered new financial product implementation using Agile methodology, ensuring seamless market entry and process improvements • Previous projects: Application development to track end-to-end product sales including team performance; Implemented process improvement solution to manage financial GL variations; Deployed core banking module to re-structure database for improved performance; Upgraded PeopleSoft HRMS technology environment

• Oversaw business development and implementation services for ERP and business intelligence solutions. • Managed full-cycle implementations of PeopleSoft ERP solutions for major clients, including Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission, Royal Bank Canada - Caribbean and the Government of Trinidad & Tobago • Supervised teams of consultants and offshore resources, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to budgets. • Developed and executed business intelligence strategies, leading sales initiatives and product demonstrations
