Assisted with leading a migration project consisting of moving from a legacy to an upcoming STB platform. Troubleshooting channels experiencing any form of issue and resolving or escalating as required. Setup and configuration of channels as requested or required by the market, from transcoding directly to consumer visibility. Worked with a foreign app development and consulting team to perform test matrixes on the latest app releases and builds. Worked with the STB device provider to perform firmware upgrades and testing. Performed weekly on-call routines designated for TV Core Engineers. Responded and resolved customer TV-related issues through various points of escalation and in-depth STB background checks through various platforms. Worked on personal projects within the TV Core team to further drive a more efficient workflow through our systems. On-site troubleshooting and setup of equipment located within the headend.
