Interlinc Business Systems Inc is looking for Operations Supervisor


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Supervise employees, including making decisions about evaluating, scheduling/work
assignments, work procedures, resolving conflicts and training. Responsible for
determining and recommending training needs and planning, coordinating, and
overseeing the day-to-day operations.
 Directs customer service and support functions. Assists in performing all tasks necessary
to achieve the organization’s mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
 Serves as liaison to other team members, including interacting with managers of different
areas of the organization, presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management as
well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff
performance.

Other Duties
Management of Accounts Receivables and other Accounting Duties:
 Manage receivables for airtime sales
 Update receivables in Systems 2000 (S2K)
 Prepare monthly Summary of Invoices of Digicel Purchase Orders
 Assist in the preparation of deposits

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
 Minimum of 3 years’ in an operations management or supervisory role, overseeing daily
business functions such as logistics, inventory, production or customer service
 Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Operations
Management or Accounting/Finance)

personnel
