Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing client insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage
options. - Educating clients on different insurance policies and their benefits.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term
satisfaction. - Processing insurance applications, renewals, and claims efficiently.
- Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products.
- Collaborating with underwriters to provide accurate policy quotes.
- Conducting regular reviews of clients’ insurance portfolios to ensure adequate
coverage. - Achieving sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Position Criteria:
- At least five (5) CXC/ CSEC/ O’Level Subjects, two (2) of which must be
Mathematics and English Language. - A Degree or other professional qualification will be an asset.
- At least five (5) years’ experience in a customer-interaction environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated, upbeat and always ready to take initiative.
- Applicants must initially have their own network of contacts to access.
- Must be tech savvy.
- Ownership or access to a vehicle will be an asset.
This is a full-time, commissions-based position.
