Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Assessing client insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage
    options.
  2. Educating clients on different insurance policies and their benefits.
  3. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term
    satisfaction.
  4. Processing insurance applications, renewals, and claims efficiently.
  5. Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products.
  6. Collaborating with underwriters to provide accurate policy quotes.
  7. Conducting regular reviews of clients’ insurance portfolios to ensure adequate
    coverage.
  8. Achieving sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Position Criteria:

  1. At least five (5) CXC/ CSEC/ O’Level Subjects, two (2) of which must be
    Mathematics and English Language.
  2. A Degree or other professional qualification will be an asset.
  3. At least five (5) years’ experience in a customer-interaction environment.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Must be self-motivated, upbeat and always ready to take initiative.
  7. Applicants must initially have their own network of contacts to access.
  8. Must be tech savvy.
  9. Ownership or access to a vehicle will be an asset.
    This is a full-time, commissions-based position.
