 Our client is looking for Project Manager

Qualifications/Experience:  

 Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration,  Engineering, or a related field  

 Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in the construction  industry  

 Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion within  budget and time constraints. Skills:  

 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse  team.  

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

 Proficient in project management software  

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  

 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 

Key Responsibilities:  

 Lead project execution while managing expectations with team members and  stakeholders.  

 Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary to  ensure successful completion.  

 Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.  

 Create and manage budgets, including resource allocation and expenditure  tracking.  

 Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and  milestones.  

 Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in  collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.  

 Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate team members to  achieve project goals.  

 Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and ensure  effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.  

 Prepare regular project status reports to update stakeholders on progress,  challenges, and changes.  

 Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on  time.
