General Manager for Water sports company, providing services/tours such as scuba diving, snorkel tours, whale and dolphin safaris and more, and its efficient functioning in accordance with the Company’s goals and objectives. In general, this includes overseeing all aspects of operations within the dive shop, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, safety, and team performance, managing daily operations, staff training and development, financial management, and marketing initiatives to promote the shop.

Candidates with marine mechanics experience and certifications additionally boat master licenses 2 or 3 and can demonstrate such capacities are highly desired.
